This actually happened with me when i was a early teen. My father tool me to a doctor near our house as i was sick, common cold. My father was asked to sit outside. The doctor made me sit close to him and started putting the stethoscope on my chest to hear my breathing. I noticed he kept rubbing my nipples with the stethoscope. I recently hit puberty and was not introduced ghbras. My nipples got hard. He said something about not being able to hear properly and lifted up my shirt without even asking and made me hold it. He rubbed the cold metal on my bare nipples and i moaned. He then asked me to sit on his lap. My nipples were perfectly aligned with his mouth so when he turned to speak to me his lips would touch. Before calling my farther back in he gave me few kitten licks. It was enough to make me think about him untill the next time i saw him. On our next checkup he made me feel even better
